Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning class

A full-body workout pushes your fitness performance to a new level, conducted entirely in
English. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class focuses on improving strength, building
power, and boosting cardiovascular endurance. You’ll progress from foundational
movements to dynamic flows, challenging both your mind and body while pushing your limits.

When? We have two options for you:

First: Wednesday, Friday 7:30am

Second: Wednesday, Friday 4:30pm

First training will start at 19th of February.

HOW TO SIGN UP?

Here are the steps:

1) Pay the entry fee of PLN 60 to the account: EkoMotion, no. 23 1140 2004 0000 3702 7664 7389. Transfer title: „Your name, surname, Kettlebells strenght class, either 7:00am or 4:30pm (you have to choose :)”. If you are already a member of the Academy, simply go to point 2 🙂.

2) Send us an email to: akademia@tygrysizuraw.pl stating that you are interested in participating in the classes and confirming your payment.

3) Wait for further information regarding the start of classes
The cost of training is available on the website www.tygrysizuraw.pl in the Schedule & Pricelist tab. We accept Multisport, Fit Profit and OK Sport cards (but the entry fee of PLN 60 and the membership fee of PLN 55/month are mandatory).
